  • 19Q3 earnings are expected to decrease 7.6% from 18Q3. Excluding the energy sector, the expected growth rate for the index is -2.1%. Excluding Frontier Communications (FTR.O), the expected growth rate is -10.9%.
  • Of the 12 companies in the S&P 600 that have reported earnings to date for 19Q3, 66.7% have reported earnings above analyst expectations.
  • 19Q3 revenue is expected to increase 2.9% from 18Q3. Excluding the energy sector, the expected growth rate for the index is 3.3%. Excluding Frontier Communications (FTR.O), the expected growth rate is 3.0%.
  • 41.7% of companies have reported 19Q3 revenue above analyst expectations.
