Steven spent 7 years stockbroking in the Australian market, focused on equity derivatives and structured products. From 2003-2008 he worked in the financial technology space in London and Boston– assisting institutional asset managers with the implementation of quantitative security analytics into their investment process. From 2008-2012 Steven ran Thomson Reuters’ Investment Management division in Asia. Steven is the Co-Founder and CEO of Synthesis Solutions, a boutique recruitment firm specialising in the areas of financial technology, market data and analytics.
