Consumer Confidence Up As Jobs Index Rebounds From Last Month’s Decline

The LSEG/Ipsos Primary Consumer Sentiment Index for March 2024 is
at 53.1. Fielded from February 23 – March 8, 2024, the Index is up 1.1 points.

The index rebounded from last month’s decline and is now in line with its reading to begin 2024. It now sits nearly two points above its reading from this time last year (51.4).
