2016 Q4 Economic and Market Outlook Conference

by

The Political Economy – Fathom Consulting

Will the forces of anti-globalization prevail?
What part will the new US President play in that process?

Those forces threaten – for the first time since the 1930s – to stall or reverse the trend towards increasing globalization that has been in place since the industrial revolution, with profound implications for global growth in the decades to come.

Fathom will be joined by Bill Johnson, Emeritus Fellow of Politics at Magdalen College, Oxford, who will complement Fathom’s global macro / financial markets outlook with his assessment of the political outlook in the US and elsewhere.

Fathom will show how restrictions on global trade could affect global growth, and how that would be reflected in our proprietary global Financial Vulnerability Indicator (FVI), available through Thomson-Reuters Datastream.
