Refinitiv Lipper Fund Awards Winners: Malaysia 2020

The Refinitiv Lipper Fund Award Winners have been announced for the Malaysia fund industry.  The legacy, reputation and quantitative underpinning of what these awards encapsulate reflect a truly independent and uncompromised assessment of fund performance. We congratulate this year’s fund families receiving Asset Class Group awards and individual fund winners for their superior firm-wide performance.

2020 Malaysia Refinitiv Lipper Fund Awards Winners

The full list of 2020 Group Award winners are as follows:

Individual classifications of three, five, and ten-year periods, as well as fund families with high average scores for the three-year period are also recognized.  The awards are based on Lipper’s proven proprietary methodology, which can be viewed here.

This year, a total of 14 companies are honoured with 84 awards, out of which there are 6 group awards, 25 awards for the Malaysia Conventional Funds, 21 awards for the Malaysia Islamic Funds and 32 awards for the Malaysia Provident Funds. Amongst these, 31 awards were given for funds based on their three-year performance, 28 awards were given for funds based on their five-year performance and 19 awards were given to funds based on their ten-year performance, all ending December 31, 2019.
